I was rear ended over 2 months ago and the lady won t return calls from the insurance company. They ve dropped her coverage because of it and now I m stuck with a damaged car. We had the same insurance company but now they won t return MY calls. I want my car fixed! I need to file a lawsuit against her for damages and I want to sue the insurance company for not standing behind their policies. What kind of lawyer does that?
