You can go to court and get a divorce without an attorney. You must do your research and have the correct paper work done and be able to answer the judges questions. If it is uncontested you will do this in an office with the court master not the real judge.
I am not sure about going to court house, but you can get a divorce online. That is if both parties agree.

You can, but its not as easy as appearing in court. You have to get all the forms, fill them out and file them with the court, pay filing fees, etc. You end up doing all the paperwork an attorney would normally do for you. They sell those kits that have all the required forms at the office supply stores.....Divorce-In-A-Box, or I m sure you can find them online.
