Can I charge her for talking to my lawyer? -

If my ex s mother went in and talk to my lawyer about her regarding a custody case on my money, and then went against me to her daughter can I charge her the $350 I had to pay? If so how? I know it sounds childish but now she is downgrading me and my fiance.

Your lawyer was being COMPLETELY unethical in talking to ANYONE who could be viewed as hostile ...which means anyone who isn t YOU! And then they charged you for it?! This is a serious breach of lawyer/client confidentiality and needs to be reported to the ABA (American Bar Association)....and YOU need to be reimbursed!!!

The lawyer shouldn t have talked to her in the first place.
