Go to the courthouse where your case is filed. Ask a clerk or bailiff or any familiar court personnel who they would recommend. Try to find someone that actually sits in on cases (works in the courtroom) as they will know firsthand who is the best around. Usually everyone knows who the quot;Bestquot; is. They will tell you. I work in a courthouse as a court reporter and I would be able to tell someone who s the best in my area for sure.
I am going throught the Florida Department of Revenue to help me collect the back child support that my ex owes me as well. I think you should do that as well. Lawyers are VERY expensive and most of them will not touch a case unless they are SURE that you will win. Go to www.flabar.org and find a lawyer there. If you are already in the fla system for CS then let them know he has a lawsuit pending which could be a lot of money they will make sure that those funds go to you. Good luck. Let me know how it turns out
i do believe suicide might be the best option for you in this case. Some might disagree but given all you ve said if you look at it honestly, i think you l find im right.
bang his **** up ang burn something and beat his *****. thats more than a lawyer can do. his loss and your gain!!!
