I am a single mother with 2 children and my husband makes about 12k a month and doesnt support us. My husband has filed for divorce and I need to reply asap. I dont have a single penny... Is their such thing as a free lawyer to represent me in a divorce case. Thank you.

If he makes that much you can try to find a lawyer who will ask that he pays the legal fees...if not there are legal aids in most states...try the social services office
