I have a lawyer, and feel they have dropped the ball. Considering they called me the day of the deposition and said they had just recieved a notice in the mail by the courts. Hard to believe? Any information on what workers comp lawyer should be doing for me and how to make sure they are. If not how to interview new ones. Thank you!
