How long should it take a lawyer to file a will with probate court? -

I gave the lawyer all the documents that we were waiting for and now about 17 days later I have not heard from him and the will has never been filed. How long should it take for this to be filed ?

Relax! Your not the only case he/she has. If things are not proceeding and/or filed within another 10 days... schedule an appointment with the attorney to discuss the status of the case.
