It has been 3 months, and we owe on a hydro loan that needs to be paid, and is racking up interest. I can t afford to go anywhere else, and they refuse to give me a statement of disbursements.

contact your state bar association. They should be able to investigate all this for you.

First write a letter and be specific. Second send it return receipt. Third, send a copy to the state bar, and a letter asking them for help in this matter. Fourth, in 30 days from the date you sent the letter (you may already have), write a formal complaint using the state bars form online, and also contact the attorney generals office who will have a office to deal with these matters.

TAKE HIM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND ,AT THE SAME TIME,CONTACT THE LOCAL BAR ASSOCIATION....AND DO IT FAST
