How can I move the US district courts of Michigan for a lawyer? ? -

I am unable to afford a lawyer and they will not respond to anything I send them. I have proven my rights to my copyrights, asked for aid, and they refuse to respond. I am being bullied by a large company.

You need to find an attorney and will have to pay out of pocket, or find one who will represent you pro bono. You could also represent yourself but I wouldn t suggest it.

You are not entitled to a free, court-appointed lawyer in a civil action.

You can look to see if you can find a pro-bono attorney, however, the courts only assign you a court appointed attorney if you are being tried in a criminal case. Only then would they be responding to you. You will need an attorney of some sort on your own to help you in this case.
