What is a really difficult question to ask a lawyer? -

A lawyer is visiting my statistics class tomorrow and I want a really tough question for a lawyer to answer.

Would you represent someone for free outta the goodness of your heart?

Please do yourself a favor and do not embarrass yourself by asking demeaning questions about the legal profession. Most lawyers are honorable people who are not rich snobs, can change their own oil, and (surprise) are not always male. Obviously this lawyer is a good person to volunteer time to speak with a class. As for lawyers defending people who have done horrid things, that is part of the job. Just like getting your hands dirty when changing oil is. Not every aspect of lawyering is fun or pleasant. Here are some questions that have made me think: Did your law school education adequately prepare you for becoming a lawyer? If you had to do it all over again and the choice was medical school or law school, which would you select and why? Does the common perception of lawyers as unsavory people hurt your law practice? How do you combat the negative comments?

If you were born on mars, would be the President there, if so what things would you have done as a President, how would you have funded those programs, what would the visa be like, what would be his views on child labor and global warminga dn the increasing prices of goods and services, and if he was a multi billionnaire how and why would he share his wealth?

i told mine that it wouldn t surprise me to find out that allot of famous criminals had been framed, and she got quite pissed off (that i would even dream of questioning the sanctity of the court) but possible examples i used were like OJ Simpson, Timothy McVeigh, Terry Nichols, Ward Weaver, Bin Laden, etc

If you knew 100% a person had committed the crime they were being accused of, would you defend them? If yes, how are you able to fully commit yourself to the job and ignore all the human instincts of morality and justice?

if he is a defence lawyer ask him if you had a cleint tell you he killed someone (on trial for it)for the heck of it and would do it again, would you still represent the person? Why?

Would you defend someone as a lawyer even if you knew they were guilty? ..go watch the devils advocate with keanu reaves..it quot;anwersquot; that question pretty well

quot; How do you spell truthquot;? quot; How do you define Plausible Deniability without using an examplequot;? -B

what is a hammer used for how can you live with yourself why is lawyer so similar to liar the list goes on

Ask him how to check the oil in his car. Chances are, he doesn t know.

Do you have any personal feelings for your clients? Do you care about them or is it just a job?

Ask him if his career choice was worth it.

Ask Him, -does He BELIEVE his Clients when they ask Him, quot;Do You believe me..?quot; :)

How would you feel if you defended the very person who killed my father?

quot;Me Myself and Iquot; made a good point. HAHAHHA

Are you an overpriced rich snob?
