How can I find a lawyer to file a miscondt.lawsuit, against a michigan county,that will get paid when he wins? -

There s major conflict of interest between the state police,prosecutor,and a lot of misconduct in the courts. How can I file a lawsuit against the county? I need a lawyer that would file, based on getting paid when we win. It is a win situation.

You may not be able to sue the county. Ask the local bar association (state, county or city) for the names of some lawyers that work in that area, and call then and ask about a suit. Probably can t be done. Might also try the ACLU, depending on the type of case.
