Where can I find a good lung disease lawyer? -

I looking for a well qualified lung disease lawyer/ attorney. Do you know where I can find one? I m in the Eastern side of the U.S. Do you know about how much it cost to hirer a good one? Thank you for any info. you can give me.

I use www.lawyers.com to locate lawyers when I don t already have someone on file. http://www.lawyers.com/All-Areas-of-Law/... I don t know what state you are in or what kind of lung disease you mean. Is it lung cancer? Is it mesothelioma or asbestosis? You will likely find a lawyer who will do a no win-no fee deal.

In the county where you live there is a branch of the American Bar Association. You can contact the association for referrals. You can also try www.handelonthelaw.com for a referral. Cost depends on the case at hand. If you intend to make a liability claim against someone, and if you have a good case, a personal injury lawyer will take the case on a contingency basis. Except for miscellaneous expenses, it won t cost you anything.

Contact your local Bar Association. Contingency lawyers are easy to find since they advertise everywhere. Problem with using one of these is, even though you don t pay if you lose, you pay 33% if you win. I guess it depends on how strong your case is. Many attorneys have free consultations.

gonna be tough if you can t cough up the dough lol. seriously, google is your friend. you will need one in the jurisdiction of your alleged tort, not just anywhere,
