Is there a code of ethic regarding a lawyer having sex with his clinets? -

The attorney that my childs mother is using in our custody case is engaging in sex with her. I am not sure if she is paying him for his legal services or if she is getting them for quot;freequot;. It is rather insane in my opinion and I am curious if it is againest the law.

Yes. Get your facts together and report him to the state Bar Association. He ll likely be disbarred. This will be very much in your favor. The judge won t look too kindly on the mother.

Yes. The lawyer, if he is having sex with a client is participating in unethical practices. Are you positive that this is going on or do you just suspect that your ex and her lawyer are engaging in sexual activities? That is the question that must be answered first or you could be defaming both the lawyer and your ex. That would add to your legal woes.

I so don t want to know how it is that you know about this, but yes, there are ethical codes regarding lawyers, clients and sex. See California Rules of Professional Conduct 3-120 as an example.

Not illegal, but not professional either.

yes it is....its like doctor having sex witht heir patients...or teachers having sex with his students..... what a whore...
