It depends on why the instructor failed you. I m sure you are not blameless. If you were routinely late or absent, then perhaps your instructor was right to do so. You don t give any reasons for his/her actions.
I don t think you have a case. Seriously. This is kinda sticky, but in the classroom, the professor is kinda-sorta quot;godquot; and they quot;rulequot;. If you think your civil rights were violated, contact your local chapter of the ACLU (look in the white pages)...but I dont think you have a prayer on this one.
The type of attorney you should retain is one who failed the bar exam and is not licensed to practice law. That is the only attorney who, based on the facts presented, will take such a case or offer you any suggestion that you have a chance to win.
There is no prescribed type of lawyer you need because in the Philippines there is no such thing as specialization. Although there are some lawyers who concentrate (not specialize) in some specific fields of law, such as family law, insurance law, maritime law, labor law, environmental law, but the Code of Professional Responsibility does not allow lawyers here to quot;specializequot; and advertise for it. So there is no particular type of lawyer you need. General Practisioners may well help you in your concern. I hope I helped.
A really good one. You would also probably need to get your teacher to write it on a paper or say it and get it recorded for proof. Good Luck!
Please provide more information: what gave you the impression the instructor intended on failing you from the beginning................ what was the basis of quot;dishonestyquot; charge you obviously had some part in this, what did you to irk the prof Have you spoken to the dean of the school? can you take the class again
