The divorce is agreed do i still need the lawyer? -

My husband and i have agreed to divorce. The petitions have been signed and sent. If we agree on finances etc ammicably do i really need to spend more money on the lawyer doing the ancillary releif bit?

I would suggest you still use a lawyer or solicitor, you just never know and it s always wise to cover yourself in times like these.
