My family and I are in need of some help. Does anyone know a lawyer from CA who does pro bono for family law? -

My nephew s dad claims my sister kept my nephew from him and is very untrue. He filed for custody and was awarded custody last week. He lives in CA my sister lives in TX. She is very broke and in desperate need of a lawyer so we can bring him back home! Please help if you know of a lawyer willing to do pro bono or maybe work out a payment plan. Thank you!

custody issues are decided by quot;what is in the best interests of the childquot;. maybe the fact that your sister has no money is part of the reason custody was modified? if so, it doesn t mean she is not a good mom, only that a different situation is judged to be better for your nephew.
