How to dump current lawyer and get another one? -

I hired a lawyer for a minor traffic violation and he is totally irresponsible, not calling me back, not able to achieve any of my request. I would like a refund and to hire another lawyer. Are there any legal implications that i should be aware of? Is it right for me to ask for my money back since he hasnt performed?

write a letter to the incompetent (for you) attorney taking him off your case and send it to him. Take a copy of that letter to another attorney. You probably can t get your money back, but your new attorney might be able to help you recover that. Or you could try small claims or the Bar Assn.

He will take your money and run. But just call him up and say, quot;YOUR FIRED!quot;.

go in and pee on his desk. He ll quit right afterward.
