What questions should I ask a traffic lawyer? -

I am trying to find a lawyer for a Reckless Driving ticket and I am wondering what questions should I ask him. I NEED a lawyer for this. I know some may say just go and ask the judge to be easy...etc...but this is not the case. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Don t laugh, but the best question to ask is: quot;Are you planning on trying to get me off? Or just ask for a reduced fine/.points?quot; If, from the get-go, the lawyer is talking about totally getting you off (presuming that you did it), then be wary. While this may be what you want, any lawyer that s enthusiastic about trying to make believe that you didn t do it... may end up being a liability. You could end up in jail or lose your license if your lawyer goes in with both guns shooting.
