I realize one can purchase property without a lawyer s assistance. But I have moved here from abroad and would like to be safe and have legal assistance. We haven t finalized on new development vs. resale , so I m interested in finding out the answer for both cases. I m specifically looking for legal assistance for reviewing all documents, helping with registration, etc. I d like to get a general idea of rates for a professional lawyer for this type of assistance.
