I believe that this lawyer should turn down his services due to conflict of interest
too vague sweetie...what is his interest...what are the quot;secret intentionsquot;? Personally, I think it would be a conflict of interest for any Christian lawyer to have an interest in divorce cases...but that doesn t mean that they can t offer a legitimate service or that they will violate professional ethics just because they are Christian. ...and if they can wrap their arms around advocating divorce in general, why would the fact that the clients are homosexual make any difference? Edit...ah, I get it...you re suggesting that this Christian would target homosexuals because he wanted them to disolve their marriage because he doesn t think they should be married in the first place. Well, in that case, I think the ethics would depend on whether he sought out clients...if he merely advertised his services in a way that appealed specifically to homosexuals, I don t see a problem since they would come to him only when they were already wanting a divorce. ...now if you had said the person was a marriage counselor, I think that WOULD be a huge conflict of interest if he used his position to encourage homosexuals to divorce simply because he thought their marriage was wrong in the eyes of God. ...but a marriage counselor is supposed to help resolve marital conflict NOT destroy a marriage...on the other hand, a divorce lawyer exists to help people disolve a marriage union...thus, his reasons for doing so are largely irrelevant to whether he can do the job properly or not.
What if? What if all the atheists are actually believeing God but afraid to admit. Why? Pride.
Normal, except the would have to make visitation arrangements for the poodles.
