Hmmmm, lots of paper work, lots of phone calls, lots of stress (some days more than others). Lots of deadlines, lots of staying on top of things and your calendar. Very important not to miss court dates and if you can t make it, hire an outside attorney to cover. Dress... depends on the office. I ve worked in an office where one of the lawyers went in with her pajamas. But hey, she got her work done, so who cares. What else, you deal with all types of folks. Some are really nice, some are koo koo. Some just want their $$$$, so they will call you 24/7.
It depends on what kind of law they practice as to what is argued about in court. In civil law (anything that is not criminal) usually, ultimately, the argument (the part in front of the jury) is over who is responsible for hurting the plaintiff or causing the plaintiff to lose money, and how badly the plaintiff has been hurt (either physically or financially). Female lawyers in court wear business suits, either slacks or skirts, a matching jacket, and a nice shirt underneath the jacket. Usually dark colors (black, navy blue, gray, etc.) because you don t want to be too quot;flashyquot; in court. Good luck!
well they deal with clients trying to build up cases interviewing people for info or for them to be a witness. They may go to court and pick some jury members. Or their in court definding their client. What they argue about depends on the type of lawyer they are they can be a family laywer dealing with divocerces and child custody. Crimnal lawyer who try to prove that their person is innocent of crimes. Female lawyers will wear a suit with a dress shirt no tie though if its summer time they ll have a pencil skirt if winter then dress pants as well
dependts on whatever case and females dress in hot skirts
idk ask your mom
