Could someone tell me what kind of lawyer I get for a defective washing machine that has built up mold? -

I have a maytag Neptune that has built up mold around the drum and has made me and my husband sick. I also think it is the reason I had a pomeranian that had to have a blood transfusion and died anyway a couple of years ago. I finally realized it and bought a new washer and dryer. Could anyone tell me what kind of lawyer I get for this? Thanks

your washer was leaking sounds like it...i have a neptune and there is no mold on the inside of my washer...you probably cannot sue them...you are supposed to check your appliances from time to time..and how do you know it made you sick? have you contacted maytag to let them know about the problem? and you really cannot be sure about the dog either..unless your doctors are telling you these is a result of mold...did they?

You don t have any cause to sue anybody... and a lawyer would tell you that.....

Sorry, I don t quite believe you. The way you posed the question would suggest to me that you still have your Neptune. If you had really gotten rid of the machine, it would have been written in the past tense. Maybe I m just a skeptic

I ve heard this many times about the Maytag Neptune. Have you contacted Maytag directly? You could check the yellow pages for a lawyer who specializes in product injury cases.
