This was taken from a John Grisham novel, The Testament and it decribes when a woman arrives into court with a gigolo and her lawyer. The author says she was sleeping with the gigolo and the lawyer would get his in the back end.

The lawyer was out to screw someone in the posterior. Take it figuratively or literally.
