You should look in the Yellow pages or whatever equivalent you have in Canada. In the USA there exist special referal services which can hook people up with an appropriate lawyer or attorney. Canada, which has a much more extensive social service program than the US has, most surely has such a referal service. As I m not a Canadian, I m not sure what the Canadian version of this lawyer referal service is called. You should search online like this quot;Legal Aid, Torontoquot; or quot;Legal Referal Service(s), Toronto (Canada) and you should quickly find what you need. But I d bet $1000 that Toronto has such a service! But even if they didn t, all you d have to do is call a known attorney like out of the phone book, even if another type like a real estate attorney and ask quot;Do you know a good civil attorney who specializes in vehicle accidents? or Do you know of a Legal Aid or Referal Service in this area?quot; and I bet they ll have some good info for you. Lawyers refer each other all the time. My father was a defense attorney (criminal law) and just about all lawyers in his area just about belonged to the same golf club and knew each other! He wanted me to become a lawyer. Mom wanted me to become a doctor. I ended up a botanist, composer, writer and philosopher [interpreted usually as quot;bullshit artistquot;.]
Hi,look in your tlephone book lawyers also act for the defendent.Good Luck
