How can I become a lawyer in France or Brazil? -

I am an American with an undergrad economics degree from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor. GPA 3.6, studying for LSAT now. I wish to live in Paris or Rio. There seem to be two routes to go: study law here and then move, or simply study law in the country I wish to live in. I am sure it s probably easier to do the latter, but I was wondering if anyone knows how an American JD holds up abroad, especially in France or Brazil? What would be necessary for an American lawyer to do in order to practice law in those countries?

I can asure you don t want tobe a lawyer in Brazil Unless you graduate off hardvard or some top 10 schools in the world. Here everything is hard,is so competitive, When there is a job available literally hundreds of people go to it, and there are 3 lawyers for every case here... so expect to have a fight just to feed yourself. I have no clue about france, probably easier though
