How do I go about finding a lawyer? -

I am having trouble locating a lawyer that can handle my case. I will be suing Bank of America for money that was never returned to me after my account was frauded. I ve located 2 lawyers in my state that said they were one of few that would take such a case but they both were too difficult to meet with and never returned my calls. Is there a website I can use or another resource? I don t mind traveling out of state if necessary. How do I find someone that can handle my case????

From a lawyer. The oldest and most respected lawyer referral source is Martindale Hubbell Directory or online at www.martindale.com. Another way is to call the state bar of your state, city and county and ask them to refer you to a lawyer. At least these sources will save you time because they will only send you to lawyers that handle cases like yours.

consult your local bar association
