I live in Ohio and I really just want to change it because I have a feeling companys I ve been applying for have been rejecting me because my name and it s origins. I want to do this without a lawyer. thanks.

alot of the times you don t need a lawyer. you can go to where you city keeps birth and death certificates and they can usually help you get the necessary papers. you go to court and pay a fee (in missouri its $100) and call it a day!

Contact the local clerk of the court; they can provide you with the paperwork and the proceedures; should be pretty easy unless you have a criminal past or someone has a legal objection
