How can I report a lawyer for misconduct? -

A lawyer was suppose to give me a refund of $3000. He sent me a check for $1500, now he won t up the rest. What should I do?

Contact the State Bar Association. and the Better Business Burearu. do you have it in writing that he was willing to pay you back for i m assuming services not rendered?
