Do i contact possible witnesses or does my lawyer do? -

my agressor has conducted herself violently toward several people but i can t trace that...except verbally assaulting the rental ofice ladies. Do I ask them to testify or should my lawyer ask them to?

You have yourself to do it or take her to your lawyer.

Let the lawyer do the contacting, amp; calling. If not done correctly..they won t be allowed.
