You need to have a Bachelor s Degree - Criminal Justice is just fine, as is Education, Philosophy, Nursing, or just about anything else. Then you need to take the LSAT and get accepted by an ABA [American Bar Association] accredited law school. In South Carolina I think USC is the only one. However, there are plenty of other law schools throughout the USA. Graduate from law school, pass the SC bar examination, get hired as a prosecutor somewhere, even if in some rural area, and after a few years go out on your own. Good luck to you
It all depends on the university or college you are going to!!! Every school requires different pre-requisites. You should call your campus and ask what classes you should take, maybe you just need a few left because you ve taken some already. Also, consider that many classes that you have taken in the past may not be valid. It all depends how long ago you took them. So my best advice is to contact a counselor, so that he can help you to determine what classes to take and also can help organize your schedule. HoPe It HeLpS!!!!
