How Can an Immigration Lawyer Help me? -

If anybody can give me reasons to hire a lawyer for immigration help..I don t want to waste money on my immigration issue. I think i can solve it on my own. I can t describe my issue here. Just suggest me,that should i contact a lawyer or not?

It depends. But i think you should contact. Because there are several reasons. Like 1. An attorney expert in dealing with immigration issues keeps himself/herself updated with the new immigration laws that may affect your visa status, green card application or U.S. citizenship petition. 2. An attorney will scrutinize your case and will plan your course of action regarding: U.S. citizenship or visa. 3. An attorney will make you aware of all your benefits for which you may be entitled under the law and propose the best way for you to obtain legal resident status. 4. An attorney will help you to fill the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services forms and submit it properly. Incomplete or incorrectly filled form often becomes a reason for rejection of immigration applications, hence it can help you avoiding unnecessary delays and problems caused otherwise because of errors in application forms. 5. May keep you updated with the status of your application forms 6. Can act as your attorney and present your court in case if needed 7. Help you to utilize U.S. immigration laws to your benefits If you are thinking that your lawyer costs you too much, then try the following websites- I have heard that they offer legal help as low as $1 a day..Just check out http://www.usalegalcare.com/immigration....

james is right.... You will have to make the decision Anyway you can try www.legalservices4less.com

no you don t need a lawyer, go to the INS office they can help you or give you someone to help you out. good luck

unless you describe the problem i really can t help, but calling a lawyer wouldn t hurt. they tend to tell you if you need them or not. just watch out for BS

Leave our country and come back legally. There, problem solved
