the 1st reply is very good also as it is small claims court it might be worth going to the court it self and asking if they can point you in the direction...........locally I was sent to a para legal who had been in the business for years and REALLY knew his stuff, his fee was whatever you could afford........... Pick up the Phone Book! You will need to schedule a consultation, and usually the consultation itself is free. Bring ALL of the information you have to the consultation. NEVER hold anything back from your lawyer, even if you think it could hurt you. The basic reason for this is simple: If you think it could hurt you then IT CAN and your attorney needs to know so they can properly defend you.
