What type of lawyer should I look for? -

I had a bad crown put on and dentist refuse to replace or do anything about it. It is causing a lot of pressure and I was having throbbing pain. I went back to my old dentist and she told me the crown must be replaced and gave me an estimate. The BAD dentist agreed to pay for part of the replacement, but this is not fair as I ve paid for the whole crown before. I would like to hire a crown, but I don t know which kind of lawyer. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

get a civil lawyer

a malpractice attorney

You can try to find an attorney, but they ll consider your case small potatoes ( they prefer major and or life threatening damage...more drama...higher awards) You would probaly end up filing in small claims court.

You would like to hire a crown? I would find a lawyer that understands some medical and denistry terminology. Look in the phone book.Actually, if the bad dentist has admitted to wrong doing, I would think you could take this to small claims court yourself and save the legal fees.
