What information do I need when going to a lawyer about signing my house over to my son? -

I am not in good health and have a lot of bills and when I pass hopefully not soon I dont want the house sold to pay bills so I d prefer to sign it into my sons name because it s all he would have and doing so would protect it. What information do I need before I go to a lawyer regarding this ?

All you need to do. Is sale it to him for 1.00. Go get the deed noterized.This will work ,if you have no leans or morgages on it. If you do have leans or morgages, It will have to be either sold, Or he can pay them off. But dont wait. Because once some one slaps a lean on it .
