My husband and I own a restaurant. We took out a loan to purchase it. Our home, the equipment in the restaurant, and a piece of land are the collateral for the loan. We have been struggling for quite some time and would like to shut the doors forever; however, we don t want to lose our home for defaulting on the loan.
