Can you put a public of notification in the newspaper without a lawyer? -

It s for paternity and custody, a petition has been filed, but she (birth mother) won t sign the waiver (after she said she would). So now we have to do a public of notification, but if we can do it without a lawyer, it would save a lot of money. If this can be done someone please let me know and how. We have no birth certificate and can t get one until his father is put on there, but we have to go to court to do that. So if anyone knows how to do it or something else we can do, please help!!!!

Contact the court and find out which newspaper counts as official for public notification purposes. When you contact the newspaper, they will likely have sample you can crib off of.
