If you run your own firm, you are a business owner; there s just no way of getting around that. If you re doing well enough, you might eventually HIRE a business manager to handle the office and staff for you, but starting out, if your name is on the door, it s your deal; like it or not. Since it s your profits, its in your best interest to learn to deal with it. Lawyer, plumber, painter; whatever, business ownership is business ownership. Many of the tasks are the same, only the industry and core knowledge changes.

How do I expand my business as a young lawyer? In my mind , lawyer should not be a businessman .? -
I think being a lawyer is something different . But right now , I have to work like a businessman , instead of staying in the office dealing with all kinds of documents . Hating being a seller as much as I can .
