How can an english lawyer moving to the US join the US legal systema nd work.? -

I have just moved to America from London. My field of profession is law and been wondering how to enter the American legal system and work. Does anyone out there know what steps I should take in order to work in America as a lawyer? I will appreciate your answers. Thank you.
