How do I make a job description for a lawyer? -

I am doing a school project and that is to make up a dream job. I need the steps necessary to attain my dream job, which is a Federal Indian Lawyer. I need a job description also and a advertisement. I appreciate any help I can get. Thank You.

Go to Monster.com or yahoo jobs, search for reservation/indian lawyer (or just lawyer if nothing comes up) then take your info from there.

First attribute for a lawyer is to be able to lie convincingly and have a low moral compass. Especially if interested in being a defense attorney.

do your own homework

yea, what Mi Wang said!

U SUCK MI DIC FOR $2 I PAY 4 ANAL

Go to salary.com and put in the requirements for a lawyer. They will give you a job description and a salary range to boot.

Steps include bachelor s degree ( i recommend one in indian studies or native american studies) then a juriis doctorate, which is a law degree than pass the bar exam in the state you want to practice. Probably in a state with lots of indians like oklahoma or new mexico. Or wherevere your tribe is. The federal government posts jobs on their websites. If you want to work for the federal government, it will probably be the bureau of indian affairs (the BIA) they have offices in washington DC mostly and other places. You should do volunteer legal work for tribes while you are in school. You should also do a thesis or someting on tribal law. Job description: Evaluates legal claims of tribes in the western united states related to expiring treaties and land rental agreements. Negotiates with tribes to preserve federal interests. Requires qualified attorney with specialization in indian affairs. Well you can go from there.

try this . . .
