Do I need to have a lawyer to lookover my house insurance plan? -

I am not so sure that I understand it (as a matter of fact, I don t understand it!) Is there any way I can get it in plain english or should I just go for the lawyer ?

Those insurance plans can get weird but most are standard is you deal with a reputable agent and they should take the time to go over it with you and explain the basic parts of it. But it doesn t hurt to have a lawyer do a quick read of it considering how much it will cost over the years.

I would not sign any contract before my attorney reviews it check out my web-site. You can have access to an attorney for unlimited amount of questions of a different matter and other benefits such as getting your Will s done for being a member. There are about 1.7 million members through out the U.S and it s a public traded company on the NYSE that has been around for more than 35yrs. Call me if you have any questions www.ortizconsultants.com

If you don t trust your agent to explain it to you, then go to another insurance company. If you are dealing with a DIRECT agent, such as State Farm, USAA, Nationwide, etc...then you should not have a problem. But if you are dealing with an insurance broker, or some little guy down the street, THAT is when you are very likely to get incorrect information b/c all they are doing is brokering out the policy. All policies ARE NOT created equal and you get what you pay for.
