How can I get my lawyer to return my stuff? -

Its been about 2 years since she has returned any of my phone calls, i have sent her letters and faxes and nothing. I have called the bar association and she wont return their phone calls either. Also they said they cant make her return my stuff (she is paid in full by the way). I really cant afford another attorney I do not know what to do with this.

What stuff does your lawyer have? If it s valued at less than around $1500 you should be able to take her to magistrate court. It will cost a little bit to file ($50 where I live) but you won t need an attorney. Call your county courthouse and speak to someone in the magistrate s office to see if your case can be heard in magistrate court.
