How would you go about suing a lawyer for not returning your calls about suing someone else? ? -

I had gotten hit by a truck a couple years back and had to stay a week in ICU and my lawyer was supposed to sue the truck driver. It s gotten to the point where every time I call my lawyer they don t answer or return my calls and I have just gotten tired of it. So how would I go about suing my lawyer and then the truck driver?

Getting a different lawyer would take care of both problems.

First off, you have no grounds to sue the lawyer simply for not returning your calls. Secondly, do you realize how STUPID it would be to sue a LAWYER? You ll get your *** handed to you in court, especially since you have no case to begin with..
