why do you need a lawyer? the state makes the determination not the employer. if you qualify you will draw benefits, if you do not qualify you won t, it is a simple process.
In agreement with previous poster Michr. An attorney is not needed. If you would have given more details about your situation I am sure someone could guide you without the expense of a lawyer or better advise you if you indeed in need of an attorney.
