It is indeed quot;a capellaquot; singing, which means singing without any accompaniment, or instruments playing with them. It is also in the style of quot;Barbershop Quartetsquot;, which is typically 4 men (can also be women, but was traditionally male voices), singing different notes. One sings the melody, two sing harmonies below the melody and the last one sings a harmony part above the melody. The top two voices are called Tenor 1 and Tenor 2, and the bottom two are called either Bass 1 or Baritone, and Bass 2 or just Bass. Hope this gives you a bit more information!
