Where can I go to find a group of consumers who would like to sue Experion, or a lawyer to help me sue them? -

Experion, they have wrongly accused me of another persons debts. And I have proof to the contrary, I have sent them all the proof they have required and they still will not remove these venemous slights, I have had my fill of trying to deal with these people. I want justice! There must be more people that have had a problem with this company, please advise of any help, consumer lawyer, angry citizen, ect. Thank You!

You are barking up the wrong tree. Experian is only required to contact the company reporting the debt and ask them to investigate it. You need to contact the company(s) that are reporting the debt to Experian. Also, if they are reporting it to Experian, there s a good chance they are also reporting it to the other bureaus. Fair Credit Reporting Act: http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fcrajump.... Fair Debt Collection Practices Act: http://www.expertlaw.com/library/consume... Good luck, in my experience, neither act has enough teeth to get anyone to do anything legal.
